Sabra Dental Products Return Policy
All products for return must be pre-authorized with a Return Authorization number (RA#). Return packages should be clearly marked with the RA#. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

Restocking fees:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except when a return is accompanied by an order of at least equal value. USED HANDPIECES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. All products must be returned in their original packaging, in clean condition, with a copy of the invoice and a description of the reason for return or an additional 15% re-packaging and handling fee may be applied. Products must be returned within 30 days of the ship date or will not be accepted for return. Shipping charges for any returned products are the customers’ responsibility. No cash refunds. No returns on custom orders.
